When they came to us, they had a clear goal: to renew their visual identity without losing the essence that made them approachable, loved, and authentic. Our challenge was to capture that spirit and transform it into a contemporary, consistent, and powerful brand.
The concept: De Nariño, con cariño
“From Nariño, with Love”: This phrase became the guiding thread of the entire rebranding process. It sums up a double promise: to never forget where we come from, and to always serve with warmth and care. From this idea, we built the entire brand strategy — including a category audit, competitive analysis, perception mapping, brand personality, tone of voice, values, and a storytelling platform.
The new identity was created to come to life across every touchpoint:

A color palette that evokes rich soil, fresh crops, and human warmth; a custom-adjusted typeface that reflects both tradition and modernity; and illustrations that pay homage to the coffee fields and those who cultivate them.
The result is a brand that not only looks different — it feels different. Caffeto® now communicates its essence with clarity: a brand born in the mountains of southern Colombia that promises warmth in every detail.
